I know they're not giraffes, but aren't they funny? I liked it when the meerkats sat up on their haunches, this picture was irresistible when the other fell down in front of the one on his haunches.
There's so much more I could share about the trip (and several more pictures) but this is probably enough photographs of a vacation (I mean until I pull out the slide carousel etc ;)).
I promise to try and update with more information soon. OH! I almost forgot. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU to those of you who supported me in the walk. We made it all 20 miles though I was whining most of the way (also I may or may not have screamed at some teenagers who kept kicking plastic bottles into the crowd). And for those of you who gave me birthday presents (you know, two months ago?!) I do have thank you cards for you. They're all in a pile on my desk at work. I promise I will get them out this month -- I really do appreciate your gifts!
